Mentum on-site mentors will learn your pain points and help you optimize the software and the settings for your specific requirements. Ultimately, our goal is to efficiently transfer Mentum knowledge to your team, empowering you to get the most out of our software and your network.
Mentoring engagements typically involve a short-term presence (typically less than eight weeks) of a Mentum consultant in your ranks to improve your operational efficiency. Mentum can offer the right skills and expertise. Each project is customized and based on an agreed scope of work with the customer. Common examples of mentoring projects include:
Network technology know-how transfer – during such projects, we send a technology expert to an operator allowing for a quick – on-the-job – knowledge transfer. Such engagements are typically of higher value for new access technologies such as LTE, WiMAX or EV-DO Rev. A. Some examples include:
- Dimensioning an LTE network overlay
- WiMAX network planning best practices
- EV-DO Rev. A. rollout
