Mentum works with most radio access and transmission equipment vendors. In fact, we were part of two network equipment vendors during different points in our corporate history. Having worked as part of a vendor, we understand the internal dependencies and processes that go into a bid and the related contract delivery through corporate and regional organizations.
Operating as an independent company today, we’re happy for vendors to use our products and provide feedback on their requirements. While our products are intended to be vendor-agnostic, our extensive APIs facilitate proprietary applications (e.g., support for in-house propagation models) that are vendor-specific. As vendors look for ways to lower OPEX/CAPEX for their operator customers, and where they’re operating the networks themselves on behalf of the operators, the potential for automated network management solutions through Mentum Fusion are tremendous.
