Mentum supports all products that we develop and distribute through our global customer care centres in Paris, Ottawa, Dallas and Hong Kong.

All Mentum customers on active maintenance contracts are entitled to standard support components shown below:

  • Major/minor software releases
  • Maintenance software releases
  • Software hot patches
  • Phone/email/fax support
  • On-line product downloads
  • On-line documentation
    (technical notes, applications notes, etc.)
  • On-line case logging and management
  • On-line knowledgebase
  • Quarterly newsletter

PLEASE NOTE: If you are moving to a major release (i.e., version X.x.x), you require a new Product ID. For example, if you are moving from Mentum Planet 4.x to Mentum Planet 5.x or from Mentum Ellipse 6.x to Mentum Ellipse 7.x, you must complete the Mentum Software Upgrade Form and remit as per the instruction within the form.
